The organization is committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment that empowers individuals to build resilience, promote healing, and achieve personal growth while improving overall healthcare experiences for both providers and patients.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dentist-GP role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Dentist-GP will provide comprehensive primary dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of preventive and restorative dental services for a diverse patient population. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing routine and complex dental procedures, prescribing appropriate treatments, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, patient-centered care and participating in patient education on oral health, hygiene, and preventive measures. The Dentist-GP is also expected to follow clinical guidelines, adhere to regulatory and safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in service quality.QualificationsMedical degree recognized by the Department of Health (DOH), Abu Dhabi.Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility as a General Practitioner.Excellent communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills.Strong foundation in Medicine and Primary Care relevant to general dental practice, with the ability to manage a broad range of oral health conditions.Experience or familiarity with Family Medicine principles as they relate to comprehensive, continuity-based dental care.Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing and other allied health professionals to support integrated patient care.Competence in Training activities, including patient education and participation in professional development or clinical training initiatives.Demonstrated clinical experience as a general dentist, preferably in multi-disciplinary or primary care settings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive patient care.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using digital health records and clinic management systems.Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards, and ongoing professional development.
