Department Manager – O2O Operations Excellence & Process Improvement

Key Responsibility:Support O2O operations strategy and translate into actionable execution plansDrive transformation initiatives across process, system, and operations to support business growthTrack and monitor KPIs (SLA, productivity, quality) to ensure target deliveryIdentify performance gaps and coordinate improvement actions with stakeholdersManage project activities from planning to rollout and stabilizationCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely executionMonitor risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when needed

Qualifications
