Deputy Quality Manager

Job Description Supervise the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems. Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and company policies. Oversee quality inspection and testing throughout all production stages. Monitor the implementation of HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards. Investigate non-conformities and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the Quality Team. Coordinate with different departments to ensure product quality and food safety. Prepare and review quality reports and submit them to the Quality Manager. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Science, or a relevant field. Proven experience in Quality Management within the Food Manufacturing industry. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position. Good knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
