Mora Modo encourages continuous learning and the effective use of modern design tools to support project success.Role Description The Design Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for preparing detailed technical, engineering, and architectural drawings using CAD tools and other drafting software. Daily tasks include interpreting design concepts, specifications, and sketches; creating clear and accurate drawings; updating and revising existing plans as needed; and coordinating with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment with project requirements. The Design Drafter will also maintain organized drawing files, adhere to company and industry standards, and support quality control by checking drawings for completeness and consistency.Qualifications Ability to produce precise Technical Drawing and general Drawing work for various project types.Proficiency in Engineering Drawings for mechanical, structural, or related engineering applications.Experience creating Architectural Drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations.Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and familiarity with relevant drafting software.Attention to detail, strong spatial and visual thinking, and ability to interpret technical specifications.Diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field.Experience working in a design or construction environment, preferably in the Gulf region, is an advantage.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
