Digital & Ecommerce Coordinator | Perth | Beauty BrandOur client is a fast-growing Australian beauty brand known for innovative, trend-led products. They sell through their own ecommerce sites, major retail partners and international markets including Australia, the US and Europe.They’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Digital & Ecommerce Assistant to support the day-to-day running of their ecommerce and email activity. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you’ll split your time between Shopify and Klaviyo and get hands-on exposure across a global ecommerce operation.What you’ll be doingBriefing, building and scheduling EDM and SMS campaigns in KlaviyoUploading and updating products, imagery, pricing and content across multiple Shopify sitesScheduling sales, gift-with-purchase offers, banners and landing pagesKeeping online stock availability accurateSupporting product launches, SEO updates and paid activity across Meta, Google and TikTokHelping with reporting on sales, website performance and campaign resultsWhat you’ll bringAround 2 years’ experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or retail (or a related degree)Hands-on experience with Shopify and KlaviyoExcellent attention to detail and confidence with spreadsheetsGood written communicationA proactive, team-first attitude and happy to get stuck into operational tasksAn interest in beauty or hair is a bonusIf this sounds like something you or someone you know could be interested in, please email dylan@talentdrecruitment.com.au
