Location: Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai, UAE (on-site)Plan and run a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.Publish agent videos, market updates and community spotlights.Manage comments and DMs, and route leads to the right agent the same day.Manage and strategise agent’s Instagram (and LinkedIn) as an extension of the company page.Build a simple personal brand for each agent: bio, highlights, tone and posting rhythm.Keep a shared brand toolkit (templates, captions, hashtags) so every page looks consistent.Cross-post and reshare between agent and company pages to grow both.ContentAssist with shoots and editing of reels, photos and short videos of brokers and communities.Write captions, linkedin posts.Plan, publish and guide content around buyer and investor search terms.Track analytics and leads, and create reports monthly.RequirementsMust have2+ years in social media and content, ideally for real estate, luxury or lifestyle brands.Experience managing several accounts at once, including personal brands.Strong creative visionClear, polished written English.Nice to haveEnglish, Arabic, and Hindi.Experience with Meta Business Suite, a scheduling tool, Adobe Suite or Canva.Basic knowledge of SEO, and paid social ads.
