Digital Transformation Analyst

Overall Purpose of Role:Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and Lamprell core values.Understand the project scope of work, specifications, schedule, and all inter-discipline requirements.Assist Digital Transformation Manager and Senior Digital Transformation Analysts in execution of Digital Twin projects, Digital initiatives and Digital Transformation Strategies under their guidance.Coordination with other disciplines and other departments stake holders.Adherence to Lamprell Quality Systems Procedure.Ensure the work is performed in accordance with Company / Client standards / specification.Role Specific Competencies:Experience: 8-10 year experience in development of Digital Solutions for Oil and Gas, Marine or Renewable Energy projects for EPCI projects. Experience with Software solution provider such as HexagonPPM and Aveva is preferred.Familiarity with Lean, Design Thinking, and working in Agile environment is required.Experience in Fail Fast methodology.Possess both business and technical skills that align with a digital first mindset.Client and solution driven mindset.Leverage critical thinking abilities to help improve processes, documentation and troubleshoot / resolve technical issues.People and Culture Change Management Experience.Curious, open, innovative, energetic, and comfortable sharing your insights and expertise with others, a genuine team player.Embrace change, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is not intimidated by tight deadlines.Data & Facts driven approach.Passionate and committed to make a difference.Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to interact with internal and external clients.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with System Architecture, Solution Architecture and Network Architecture.Skillsets in programming languages such as .NET, VB6, Python, C++, Java, Java Script, HTML, CSS, etc.Skillsets in managing the databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, etc.Experience in System Integration with Digital Twin.Experience in Engineering systems integration with Digital Twin using APIs.Experience in development of dashboards using business intelligence tools such as MS Power BI, Tableau, Cliq, etc.Experience or skillsets in Data analysis using Machine learning solutions.Experience in Digital Platform development is preferred.Experience in Cybersecurity solutions, penetration testing is preferred.Digital Twin and Digital Transformation Experience is preferred.Familiarity with International standards such as CFIHOS and ISO 14224 related to Project Information.Aptitude/potential to learn from on-the-job experience.Ability to keep abreast with new, innovative and cost effective digital solutions.Educational Qualification: Minimum Education: - Bachelors Degree in BSc / BTech / BE / BCA  Preferred Education: Master’s Degree (MSc / ME / MTech / MCA).
