Applicable for Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents only.This job opportunity is from our Industry Partner in the Public Healthcare Industry.Job DescriptionsReporting to the Director, Digital Health Transformation Office under the oversight of the Deputy CEO (DFHS), the job-holder is expected to play a lead role in cultivating, facilitating and catalysing a vibrant organisation culture that is patient-centric and innovative, and aligned to the mission and vision of the company.The Manager job responsibilities include the following:Ongoing review of latest technologies and innovative solutions locally and around the worldKeeping abreast of national, cluster and institutional innovation directives and strategiesRepresents us and partner with collaborators (e.g. agencies, companies etc.) together with stakeholders across different divisions or departments for collaborative opportunities and long term transformationMinimize duplication of efforts and create synergies & stronger collaboration amongst internal stakeholders and expert departmentsWork with Senior Management to prioritise and identify ‘big-bets’ and solutions to exploreWork with Senior Management to develop a strategic innovation framework & transformation planRoutine reporting of innovation efforts across the hospital to Senior ManagementOversee and provide support where necessary for innovation enablers such as funding, project agreements, etcSupport scaling of successful projects across hospital & cluster Manage overall administrative matters for team membersServes as innovation planning resource for Planning Committee
