Job Responsibilities

Functional / Technical ResponsibilitiesDevelop the annual operating plan and performance measures for AM Business Intelligence Reporting & Analytics, aligned with the priorities of the parent function.Plan the AM Business Intelligence Reporting & Analytics portfolio of activities, resources, and deliverables against approved targets and governance requirements.Improve AM Business Intelligence Reporting & Analytics processes, controls, systems, and reporting to strengthen efficiency, quality, and decision support.Monitor performance, risks, and material exceptions across AM Business Intelligence Reporting & Analytics, recommending corrective actions and priority changes to the reporting manager.Direct standardized owner dashboards, monthly executive reporting, and portfolio insight.Direct the KPI dictionary, data-quality controls, and consistent operator reporting.Direct commercial, pricing, mix, and revenue analytics across asset classes.Direct asset forecasts and scenario analysis for enterprise planning.Direct data lineage, compliance, and audit readiness.Direct business-intelligence tool and analytics solution development.Direct data architecture, integration, access, and reporting requirements.Direct reporting timeliness, data quality, forecast accuracy, and dashboard adoption.Manage workforce requirements, work allocation, priorities, and quality across the assigned team.Set objectives, provide regular feedback, and complete performance reviews for team members.Identify capability gaps and coordinate technical training, coaching, and knowledge transfer.Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning for critical roles.Monitor team engagement, conduct, workload, and wellbeing, escalating material issues as required.Promote collaboration, accountability, and timely communication across the team and with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Asset Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum 11 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in managerial roles.Skills:Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English. Financial analysis and control. Enterprise resource planning and reporting systems. Data interpretation and problem-solving. Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Documentation, governance, and process discipline.
