Location: Dubai, UAEOperations: UAE, India & GCCExperience: Minimum 15+ YearsPosition: Director – New Ventures & Strategic Banking DevelopmentEngagement: Equity Partnership & Performance-Based CompensationVacancies: Strictly Limited | Senior Professionals OnlyABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYBLACKBULL Chamber of Investment is seeking an experienced Director – New Ventures to lead the development of its proposed UAE banking and investment portfolio.The selected professional will be responsible for establishing institutional relationships, developing new business ventures, coordinating legal and banking regulatory matters, attracting strategic investors and supporting international capital arrangements.BLACKBULL's professional ecosystem includes 6,000+ associated lawyers and 2,000+ banking and business professionals, supporting its planned expansion into asset-backed financing, corporate acquisitions, investment management and cross-border financial transactions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.

New Venture Development- Identify, structure and develop profitable business opportunities across the UAE and India.- Establish strategic partnerships, joint ventures and investment channels.- Support new financial ventures, acquisitions and banking-related projects.2. Banking & Regulatory Management- Coordinate banking compliance, legal due diligence and corporate governance.- Work with UAE regulatory advisers on CBUAE, DIFC, DFSA and ADGM requirements.- Support regulatory approvals, licensing strategies and compliant financial structures.3. Institutional Fundraising- Develop relationships with HNIs, family offices, investment funds and financial institutions.- Introduce credible capital providers and banking partners.- Support investment negotiations, credit facilities and asset-backed financing arrangements.4. Legal & Corporate Relations- Oversee legal risk management and coordinate qualified legal advisers.- Build corporate relationships with banks, law firms and investment institutions.- Support transaction documentation, negotiations and cross-border partnerships.5. Banking Portfolio Expansion- Develop a sustainable UAE-based investment portfolio.- Identify distressed asset acquisition and structured finance opportunities.- Support institutional banking relationships and long-term capital deployment.MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum 15 years of senior-level experience in banking, corporate finance, investment management or financial legal services.- Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and corporate governance.- Established HNI, family office, institutional investor or banking relationships.- Demonstrated ability to arrange financing or execute strategic investment transactions.- Proven leadership, negotiation and business development capabilities.COMPENSATION & PARTNERSHIPEquity Partnership + Performance Incentives + Potential Executive SalaryEquity and leadership responsibilities will be determined through mutual agreement and verified contributions.
