You will work closely with the CTO and wider engineering leadership to ensure the business has secure, scalable and reliable infrastructure.The company operates a remote-first model, with engineering teams across Sweden, the US and India.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop high-performing infrastructure engineering teams.Define and execute the infrastructure and security strategy.Oversee cloud infrastructure, security operations and compliance initiatives, including annual audits.Drive improvements in infrastructure reliability, scalability and operational performance.Establish clear engineering KPIs, processes and technical standards.Work closely with product engineering and senior leadership to align technical priorities with business objectives.Coach and develop engineering managers and teams across multiple locations.Requirements10+ years of engineering leadership experience, with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, security and compliance.Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams.Strong technical understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and security practices.Experience driving technical strategy and operational improvements.Previous experience managing remote or internationally distributed teams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to balance technical priorities, security risks and commercial objectives.The OpportunityAn opportunity to join an established international technology business in a senior leadership capacity, reporting directly to the CTO and taking ownership of infrastructure and security strategy across a globally distributed engineering organisation.
