Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Our client is a private equity owned, international group of companies headquartered in the UK. The group turnover currently exceeds £2 billion, and this is forecasted to grow significantly both organically and via acquisitions.The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for leading the Group's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and performance management activities across all of its global operations. The role provides strategic financial leadership to support sustainable growth, operational excellence, capital investment, and value creation.Working closely with the CFO, CEO, Executive Team and the wider company leadership, the FP&A Director drives data-led decision-making, ensuring the business can effectively manage performance, respond to market changes, and meet shareholder expectations. The position plays a critical role in supporting major contracts, investment programmes and transformation activities across the business.The role provides an outstanding opportunity to drive profitable growth for an ambitious company with a significant change agenda. Candidates will be ambitious commercial finance professionals with significant business partnering, FP&A and corporate finance experience.
