This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for someone who can operate as both a strategic finance partner and a hands-on FP&A leader.Duties: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planningPartner closely with operational and executive leadership on business performance and strategic initiativesDevelop financial models and provide analysis to support key business decisionsOversee performance reporting, KPIs, cash flow analysis, and variance analysisLead and develop a team of financial analystsSupport strategic projects and other high-impact finance initiative
