PHILIPPINE-BASED APPLICANTS ONLY!Please do not apply if you are not currently based in the Philippines.Role Description The Director of Food and Beverage is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Batangas, responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining. This role manages day-to-day service delivery, ensures consistent product quality, and supervises culinary and service teams to uphold brand standards. The Director will develop menus with culinary leaders, drive revenue through promotions and events, and manage forecasting, cost control, and budgeting for the department. The position monitors guest feedback, implements service improvements, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Collaboration with other hotel departments is required to support special events, optimize guest experiences, and maintain efficient operational workflows.QualificationsStrong background in Food & Beverage and Food Service, with experience managing restaurant, bar, and banqueting operations.Proven Culinary Skills and ability to collaborate on menu development, product standards, and food presentation.Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction, including handling guest feedback and continuously improving service quality.Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for food and beverage departments.Previous leadership experience in hotels or resorts, preferably in a Director or senior management role.Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations and best practices in food and beverage operations.Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Willingness and ability to work on-site in Batangas, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as operationally required.
