Key Responsibilities
✅ Own P&L and overall operational performance✅ Lead Senior Managers and Operations Managers across multiple functions✅ Drive SLA achievement, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives✅ Collaborate with Quality, Training, Finance, IT, HCM, and Recruitment teams✅ Develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planningRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 12-15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred:
- Experience in the US Healthcare industry
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Proven change management experience
