Director of Operations - Wealth Management

A leading wealth management firm in the South Florida area is looking to hire a Director of Operations. This position will report into the firm's COO and will oversee a large Operations team. An ideal candidate will have prior operations leadership at another RIA and experience managing a team.Day to day you will:Serve as the right hand to the Chief Operating Officer on strategic initiatives, operational planning, and business growth.Lead, coach, and develop the Operations Manager and Operations teamAct as the senior escalation point for operational issues involving advisors, clients, custodians, and internal business partners.Oversee daily operational activities, including account servicing, billing oversight, exception management, and issue resolution.Lead operational ownership of strategic technology initiatives.You should apply if you:Have 5-10+ years of Operations experience at another RIA firm.
