Director of Pharmacy, Quality and Compliance

I’m hiring a Director of Pharmacy, Quality & Compliance in Johnson City, Tennessee.ProCompounding is a pharmacist-owned, PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy licensed in all 50 states. We combine national reach with a small-business environment where you can work directly with ownership, contribute ideas, and see your decisions make a difference.As we expand into sterile compounding, this person will have a meaningful role in building our capabilities, developing our team, and strengthening the systems that support quality and growth.You’ll lead:

• Pharmacy operations and staff development.
• Quality systems, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Inspection and accreditation readiness.
• Sterile compounding oversight, training, and competency.
• Regulatory compliance and review of new products and processes.I’m looking for:
• Leadership experience in a 503A sterile and nonsterile compounding pharmacy.
• BCSCP certification.
• Hands-on knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800>.
• Direct responsibility for inspections and quality improvement.
• Practical judgment, strong communication, and follow-through.Multistate compliance, 503B, and cGMP experience are valuable additions.Why join us?
