We are thrilled to announce that we are seeking an experienced Director of Residences to join the team at one of Dubai’s most prestigious ultra-luxury branded residences, a brand new pre-opening project from a world-renowned luxury hotel group.What You Will GetA competitive tax-free package with participation in the company bonus plan, plus housing and transportation allowances.Private medical and life insurance, family benefits, an annual flight allowance for you and your dependants, and education support for your children.The rare opportunity to shape a landmark residence from pre-opening, setting the culture and standards from day one.Your ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic vision, pre-opening and day-to-day running of an ultra-luxury branded residence.Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, building trusted and personal relationships.Manage a complex network of stakeholders, from homeowners to ownership and senior leadership.Oversee all resident-facing and technical services, from concierge and housekeeping to security and engineering.Create homeowner programmes, experiences and communication that build a true community.Own budgets, forecasting, cost control and full P&L accountability.Manage third-party suppliers, contractors and service partners.Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing operational team.About YouAt least 2 years as Director of Residences or an equivalent senior leader in ultra-luxury branded residences or luxury hospitality.UAE experience and knowledge of the Dubai luxury landscape strongly preferred.Confident presenting to C-suite executives and high net worth owners.A track record of looking after high-profile owners with tact and discretion.Hands-on with budgets and operational efficiency.Emotionally intelligent, diplomatic and naturally discreet.Fluent English.If you are passionate about creating exceptional living experiences and have the presence and judgement to thrive in an ultra-luxury environment, we would love to hear from you!
