Director of Talent Acquisition (Remote)Compensation: $150K–$200K BaseExperience: 10+ YearsPosition OverviewDaley & Associates is partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS company in the financial technology space to identify a Director of Talent Acquisition.This is a unique opportunity to become the organization's first dedicated Talent Acquisition leader, responsible for developing and executing its internal recruiting strategy. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiting professional who thrives in a high-growth environment and has experience building talent acquisition functions from the ground up.This individual will work closely with executive leadership, manage recruiting across the organization, and establish the infrastructure needed to support continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiations.Build and implement recruiting processes, ATS technology, interview frameworks, and reporting tools.Partner with senior leadership to develop hiring strategies and identify top talent.Leverage AI, automation, and recruiting technology to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.Monitor recruiting metrics, optimize hiring processes, and manage external agency relationships.Develop and eventually lead an internal recruiting team as the company expands.Qualifications7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth organization.Proven experience establishing or scaling an in-house talent acquisition function.Strong hands-on sourcing and full-cycle recruiting capabilities.Experience implementing ATS platforms and developing structured hiring processes.Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools, automation, and data-driven hiring strategies.Ability to work directly with executives and influence hiring decisions.Previous experience mentoring or managing recruiters.Compensation & Benefits$150K–$200K base salary, with flexibility for the right candidate.Comprehensive health benefits.401(k) retirement plan.Significant opportunity for leadership growth.To learn more, please apply directly to this ad or contact Chris at cnappi@daleyaa.com.
