This is a role for someone who is a seasoned leader who has strong technical and strategic leadership background from the semiconductor industry.About the Director Process Development role: In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for driving pre-sales and post-sales activities and overseeing program execution and providing deep technical expertise in process applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide seamless solution delivery and long-term client successLead technical engagements, work closely with sales team to come up with solutions and understand customer needsProvide technical expertise during customer meetings, presentations and demonstrations of process applicationsLead project teams to develop and refine solution proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standardsCollaborate with customers, supplier R&D and product teams define competitive positioning and value propositions for process applicationsDrive innovation by building R&D capabilities to enhance product features, capabilities, and performanceTo succeed in the Director Process Development role, you will need strong technical experience in the front-end semiconductor field.
Key Requirements
