WE ARE HIRING | DIVISION MANAGER – METAL FABRICATIONLocation: UAEEligible Candidates: UAE & India onlyWe are looking for an experienced Division Manager – Metal Fabrication to lead and manage the overall operations, commercial performance, and profitability of the metal fabrication division.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the metal fabrication division with complete operational and commercial ownership.Manage workshop production, capacity planning, manpower, and machine utilisation.Oversee estimation, tendering, pricing, project margins, and cost control.Lead design, production, estimation, and site teams.Manage key client, consultant, contractor, and supplier relationships.Ensure quality standards, HSE compliance, and timely project delivery.Drive operational efficiency and divisional profitability.Mandatory Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.8–12 years of experience in metal fabrication.Minimum 3 years in a managerial/leadership position.Strong knowledge of sheet metal and structural steel fabrication.Proven experience managing fabrication workshops as profit centres.Strong expertise in estimation, costing, tendering, and commercial management.Recent UAE experience is mandatory.Candidates must currently be based in UAE or India.
