Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEAbout The Role Ohana Development is seeking a reliable, professional, and service-oriented Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for company management, employees, VIP guests, and other authorized passengers.

The successful candidate will maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, ensure punctuality, and deliver a professional and discreet service in line with the company's standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely transport company management, employees, VIP guests, and other authorized passengers to designated locations.Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs for meetings, appointments, airport transfers, site visits, and company events.Plan routes in advance and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, presentable, and roadworthy condition at all times.Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance issues, damage, or required repairs.Coordinate vehicle servicing, registration renewals, and other vehicle-related requirements as instructed.Follow UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies at all times.Handle passengers' belongings and assist with luggage when required.Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding passengers, schedules, business activities, and other sensitive information.Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel expenses, and vehicle maintenance, as required.Assist with company errands, document collection and delivery, and other transportation-related tasks when needed.Demonstrate professional conduct, courtesy, and a presentable appearance when interacting with management, clients, and visitors.Perform other duties related to transportation and general support as assigned.Qualifications and RequirementsValid UAE driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a company driver, executive driver, or VIP driver in the UAE.Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other key locations across the UAE.Familiarity with GPS navigation applications and route-planning tools.Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.Professional appearance, courteous manner, and a service-oriented attitude.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive assignments with discretion.Clean driving record and good knowledge of UAE road safety regulations.Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or public holidays when required by business needs.Key CompetenciesSafe and responsible drivingPunctuality and time managementProfessionalism and discretionCustomer service and interpersonal skillsReliability and flexibilityVehicle care and basic maintenance awarenessAbility to remain calm and professional under pressure
