Job Description

? Supervise daily receiving, storage, material handling and dispatch activities, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely material availability for production. ? Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions. ? Manage warehouse transactions using SAP, prepare inventory reports, monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and operational efficiency. ? Supervise warehouse personnel, ensure proper material handling and storage practices, and maintain high standards of housekeeping, workplace safety and compliance.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline. ? Minimum 5 years of warehouse and inventory management experience, preferably within paper manufacturing, FMCG or other industrial manufacturing environments, including supervisory experience. ? Hands-on SAP experience is essential, particularly warehouse transactions, inventory management, stock reconciliation and reporting.
