- Follow up daily medical care delivery plans in line with hospital service provision standards.
- Monitor and ensure proper patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes in compliance with hospital policies.
- Follow up on the presence and punctuality of registrars and consultants on approved shifts and take disciplinary actions for violations, notifying the Medical Director.
- Conduct follow up clinical rounds to review critical cases, deaths, morbidity, and high-risk patients, and prepare follow-up reports.
- Participating in DAMA Retention
- Follow up daily financial status for credit and cash patients.
- Coordinate and support medical unit managers to ensure smooth interdisciplinary communication and escalation of clinical and operational issues.
- Act as a leadership representative during duty shifts in the absence of the Medical Director or Alternate Director.
- Provide guidance and support to on-duty staff to resolve clinical, operational, or behavioral issues.
- Receive and investigate patient and family complaints during duty shifts and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Submit daily reports on complaints, actions taken, and unresolved issues to the Medical Director.
- Ensure all clinical activities comply with hospital policies and quality standards.
- Report clinical violations, incidents, and non-compliance cases to the Medical Director with corrective actions taken.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, infection control policies, and risk management procedures.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in medicine.
- 3 years’ experience in medical management
