‏⁦ 📢WE ARE HIRING | Dyeing and Finishing Engineer Giza Spinning & Weaving Co. :Key Responsibilities .Direct and supervise the operation of dyeing and finishing machinery (e.g., Stenters, Compacting, Sanforizing, Jet/Jigger dyeing machines) .Implement and refine dyeing recipes and chemical finishing treatments (softening, water repellency, dimensiona stability) Set and adjust machine parameters including temperature, speed, pressure, and chemical dosing Monitor product quality and laboratory test results (GSM, width, color fastness, shrinkage, and hand-feel). Identify, troubleshoot, and correct processing defects on the line to minimize waste and rework. Collaborate closely with Quality Control, R&D, and Production Planning teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Generate daily operational reports covering output volume, efficiency rates, and chemical consumption. :Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or related field. Experience: [e.g., 3–5 years] of hands-on experience in textile dyeing and finishing processes. Strong expertise in both mechanical and chemical finishing techniques for knitted or woven fabrics. In-depth knowledge of fabric inspection standards and textile testing protocols.
