Senior Project Manager - Investment Accounting & Performance

Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)Sector: Financial Services / Investment ManagementSpecialism: Investment Accounting, Performance & Eagle Investment SystemsThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading investment organisation in Saudi Arabia, taking responsibility for the delivery of strategic projects across Investment Accounting and Investment Performance.The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of investment operations, accounting and performance measurement, alongside proven experience managing complex technology implementations and transformation programmes.Experience with Eagle Investment Systems (EIS), particularly Eagle Accounting and Eagle Performance, would be highly advantageous.Knowledge of private markets and alternative investments would also be beneficial.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end projects relating to investment accounting, performance measurement and investment technology.Oversee the implementation, enhancement and integration of investment management platforms, ideally including Eagle Investment Systems.Work closely with investment operations, finance, technology and business stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and timelines.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project milestones.Drive business process improvements across investment accounting, performance reporting and operational workflows.Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates to senior management.Ensure solutions meet business, operational, regulatory and reporting requirements.Support system migrations, data integration, testing, implementation and post-go-live activities.Essential Experience & SkillsProven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects within investment management, asset management or financial services.Strong knowledge of Investment Accounting and associated operational processes.Strong understanding of Investment Performance Measurement, Performance Attribution and reporting.Experience managing complex technology implementations, system enhancements or transformation programmes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.Desirable ExperienceHands-on project delivery experience with Eagle Investment Systems (EIS).Familiarity with Eagle Accounting and Eagle Performance platforms.Experience implementing, upgrading or migrating investment accounting and performance systems.Knowledge of private markets, including Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate or other alternative investments.Experience working with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers or investment banks.Experience with investment data management and system integrations.Venquis is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
