Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and personalized educational plans to students and parents - including their visasAssist in college and university admissions, scholarship applications, and career counseling - including their visasStay up-to-date with the latest trends in education and learning methodologiesCollaborate with educators and institutions to implement innovative academic programsMake contact with international or local or any third party companies related to Australia study visa applicationAnswer online and offline client requestsDoing marketing by visiting third parties which are related to the industryEnhancing social media promotion and marketing strategyRequirements:Bachelor/Master’s degree, with min. 1 year of experience in the related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)Required language(s): English (with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0), Bahasa Indonesia (70 : 30). Mandarin is a plus point for the candidate and can be prioritizedFamiliar with customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationshipsA solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, tactics, digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and digital advertising strategiesExperience in international marketing or working with diverse teams is a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKeen to learn attitude and able to work unsupervisedA fast learner with good attention to details, good at teamwork, and research-orientedWilling to be placed in Surabaya
