The selected candidates will be responsible for enhancing students' English language proficiency, communication abilities, personality development and professional readiness through interactive training sessions and structured learning activities.The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage students through effective teaching and training methodologies.Key Responsibilities1. English Language & Verbal Ability TrainingConduct training sessions on English Grammar, Vocabulary, Verbal Ability and Spoken English.Train students in Tenses, Subject-Verb Agreement, Prepositions, Adjectives, Adverbs and Sentence Formation.Improve students' reading comprehension, pronunciation, fluency and overall language proficiency.Develop worksheets, mock tests, practice exercises and learning materials.2. Personality Development & Communication SkillsConduct sessions on Personality Development, Communication Skills and Professional Etiquette.Train students in Group Discussions (GD), Personal Interviews (PI) and Resume Writing.Conduct sessions on Body Language, Personal Grooming, Confidence Building and Presentation Skills.Enhance students' interpersonal skills and professional communication.3. Content Development & Academic ActivitiesDevelop and update training content, presentations, course materials and assessment tools.Prepare worksheets, mock tests, handbooks and practice exercises.Design interactive classroom activities to improve students' verbal and written communication.Develop structured lesson plans and training modules as per departmental requirements.4.
