Planning and following up engineering activities according to project and operationalrequirements. Ensuring that engineering work and technical solutions comply with applicable standards,specifications and company requirements. Ensuring the technical quality and accuracy of engineering deliverables and documentation. Coordinating engineering resources and priorities according to project needs and deadlines. Providing technical leadership, guidance and support to engineering personnel. Supporting project planning, execution and follow-up from an engineering perspective. Ensuring effective coordination between Engineering, Production, Project Management andother relevant departments. Identifying technical risks, challenges and deviations and ensuring appropriate follow-upand corrective actions. Supporting technical problem-solving and decision-making throughout project execution. Ensuring that technical changes and deviations are appropriately evaluated, documentedand communicated. Supporting the development and continuous improvement of engineeringProvide technical instructions and direction to engineering personnel. Review and evaluate technical solutions, engineering documentation and deliverables. Request modifications or corrective actions when engineering work does not meetapplicable technical or project requirements. Make technical decisions within the responsibilities and authority delegated to theEngineering Manager.
Requirements
Management training or 5–10 years of relevant management experience. Qualification as an Electrical or civil Engineer or relevant technical field. 3–5 years of relevant professional experience. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Experience working in international or multicultural organizations. Competence or relevant experience in Project Management. PSI training, to be completed after employment in accordance with company requirements.
