We value accountability, teamwork, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to operational challenges.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and organized Engineering Supervisor to coordinate engineering activities, support maintenance planning, and oversee technical performance across assigned operations. In this part-time, fully remote role, you will work with engineering personnel, operations teams, and external service providers to monitor work progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure that engineering tasks meet established quality, safety, and performance standards.The ideal candidate combines practical engineering knowledge with strong coordination and leadership skills, enabling teams to deliver reliable results while improving operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate engineering activities, maintenance schedules, and technical work plans.Monitor engineering tasks, project milestones, and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, technicians, and operational personnel.Review technical reports, maintenance records, drawings, and supporting documentation.Identify equipment performance issues, operational risks, and opportunities for process improvement.Coordinate troubleshooting activities and support root-cause analysis for recurring technical problems.Ensure engineering work follows approved procedures, quality requirements, and applicable safety standards.Collaborate with operations, procurement, project management, and external contractors to resolve technical and resource-related issues.Track maintenance performance, work orders, equipment reliability, and relevant engineering KPIs.Assist with resource planning, technical procurement requirements, and maintenance cost monitoring.Prepare progress reports and communicate engineering priorities, risks, and recommendations to management.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, productivity, and operational performance.RequirementsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in engineering, technical supervision, maintenance, or engineering operations preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.Experience coordinating technical teams, maintenance activities, or engineering projects.Strong understanding of engineering procedures, equipment reliability, quality control, and workplace safety.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, reports, and performance data.Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with maintenance management or project tracking systems.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.Professional engineering certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the position.What We OfferFlexible part-time work with a fully remote arrangement.Opportunities to contribute to engineering performance and operational improvement initiatives.A collaborative environment that values technical expertise, leadership, and accountability.Exposure to maintenance planning, engineering coordination, and reliability improvement.Opportunities to influence technical processes and support more efficient engineering operations.If you are a proactive engineering professional who enjoys coordinating technical work, solving operational challenges, and helping teams achieve reliable results, we welcome your interest in joining our team.
