English Language Teacher

Role Description The English Language Teacher will design and deliver engaging English lessons to groups of learners preparing for general English proficiency and IELTS exams. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and organizing lessons, teaching in a classroom setting, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support learner progress. This is an on-site role based in Sharjah and Ajman, United Arab Emirates, with teaching scheduled according to class timetables and institutional needs.Qualifications Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience delivering lessons to diverse learner groups.Effective Lesson Planning abilities, including designing structured, goal-oriented lessons and materials.Background in Education, such as a degree, diploma, or formal training in teaching or language education.Excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently.Relevant teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) is highly beneficial.Experience preparing learners for IELTS or other standardized English exams is an advantage.Ability to manage classroom dynamics, support different learning styles, and maintain an inclusive learning environment.Willingness to work on-site in Sharjah and Ajman and to teach part-time or full-time according to scheduled class hours.
