Enterprise Sales Manager – BFSI

We are hiring for a leading global ICT solutions provider, seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to grow strategic BFSI accounts across Abu Dhabi.Core Technical & Solution Sales ExpectationsProven experience selling enterprise infrastructure solutions across:AI Infrastructure & GPU Platforms — infrastructure supporting enterprise AI workloads.Enterprise Storage — large-scale storage modernization for critical banking applications.Data Protection & Backup — backup, recovery and business continuity solutions.Data Center Infrastructure & Networking — modernization, scalability and resilience.Private & Hybrid Cloud — enterprise cloud platforms and cloud transformation.Campus Networking & Intelligent Collaboration — enterprise connectivity and collaboration solutions.Cybersecurity & Digital Infrastructure — positioning solutions aligned with financial institutions’ security and operational requirements.Ability to understand customer infrastructure challenges, engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and Infrastructure Heads, and work with solution architects to translate business needs into technology proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn strategic BFSI accounts, account plans and revenue targets.Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, competitive bids and commercial negotiations.Develop multi-million-dollar opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts.Collaborate with system integrators, distributors and ecosystem partners.Required Experience10–15 years in enterprise ICT sales.Minimum 7–8 years managing strategic BFSI accounts in the UAE.Strong relationships within the Abu Dhabi banking and financial services sector.Demonstrated success selling large enterprise infrastructure solutions and closing multi-million-dollar deals.Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.Interested candidates can share their CV via direct message for a confidential discussion.
