EQ Manager Installation and Maintenance

A large organisation is hiring for an open role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.What You Will Do In this role, you will:Ensure all technical services activities are aligned with the organisation's policies, procedures and standardsDevelop, evaluate and review technical services procedures and standards and communicate any updates or enhancements of the samePrepare and submit equipment inspection schedules to technicians / coordinators and monitor progressSupervise and monitor the regular inspection of stores' equipment, utilities and facilities, in addition to reviewing all equipment warranties terms and conditionsSupervise and monitor the overall store equipment performance and report any deviations to the Director of EquipmentEnsure that the organisation's directives and objectives are constantly adhered to in the planning and execution of all Technical Services activitiesMonitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimise resources, prioritise spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability and customer satisfaction standardsManage, prioritise and implement service activities to fulfil maintenance contracts and service level agreementsManage service providers through coordinators and ensure response times are met, and down times are reducedConduct periodic evaluation of service providers and provide positive and corrective feedback to improve standards of serviceSupervise, plan and manage all the activities and processes within the Equipment Technical Services Division including installation, commissioning, maintenance and consumable spare parts managementReview and approve, in coordination with the Director of Equipment, maintenance work orders performed by service providers, in addition to approving technicians' maintenance work orders related to consumable spare partsSelect, lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that installations are completed on time and according to customer and organisational standard requirementsProvide clear direction, prioritise tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of coordinatorsPlan, manage and review individual performance of coordinators and provide them with regular feedback, development and training opportunities to help them develop and improve their skillsWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:6 to 8 years of experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringGood knowledge of the organisation's operationsManagement skillsAnalytical skillsProblem solving skillsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsNice To Have Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration is a plusRole Details
