ERP Lead (Kingdee, Finance / Accounting Focus)

We are hiring an ERP Lead who owns end-toend Kingdee ERP implementation, with strong focus on accounting / finance module delivery, client onboarding and post-go-live support.Job SummaryYou will lead Kingdee ERP delivery for our Hong Kong clients, primarily designing, configuring and rolling out the finance & accounting stack: digital accounting workflows, electronic approval automation, document archiving for audit, process optimisation and user adoption. You will act as the main client point of contact, manage implementation milestones, resolve functional issues, run user testing, deliver training and provide ongoing support. Prior hands-on Kingdee finance implementation experience is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-lifecycle Kingdee ERP implementation: discovery, requirements gathering, business blueprint, system configuration, process mapping, data migration, user training and go-live hypercareOwn the finance / accounting module: General ledger, account receivables/payables, multicurrency, financial reporting, invoicing, consolidation, electronic approval workflow, supporting document repository for audit trailDigitalise client accounting & admin workflows, reduce manual paperwork, improve accounting accuracy and operational efficiencyPrepare functional specs, test scripts, user manuals and audit-ready documentationManage client stakeholders (finance teams, management), align expectations, track project timeline, flag risks and issuesProvide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system bugs, configure enhancements and handle change requestsLiaise with Kingdee vendor team for technical escalations, license, version upgrade and product roadmap alignmentCapture client feedback, identify process improvement opportunities and support future ERP expansionRequirementsPreferred: Proven hands-on Kingdee ERP implementation experience - general knowledge of other local ERP SysteSolid understanding of Hong Kong accounting practices, audit requirements and financial compliance4+ years ERP functional consulting / implementation lead experience, delivery lead for client-facing projectsExperience in workflow design, electronic approval setup, document management and audit trail configurationStrong stakeholder management, able to lead client workshops, run user testing and train non-technical finance end usersFluent English and Cantonese; comfortable writing functional documentation and client reports in EnglishBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related disciplineNice-to-have: ERP project management, prior system integrator / vendor consulting background, experience with Hong Kong SME / trading / retail clientsWhat we offerHybrid working model in Hong Kong with flexible arrangementClient-facing delivery role, own the full Kingdee project deliveryExposure to European system integrator team and cross-border digital transformation projectsCompetitive package + project performance bonus, professional training and vendor certification support
