ERP Tools & Automation Manager

We thank you for your interest in Ooredoo Tunisia's job offers !Direction : Technology Dept.Reports to : IT Automation Associate DirectorResponsible for the governance, engineering, solution design and rollout of ERP solutions across the organization. The role ensures that ERP solutions are aligned with business requirements, enterprise architecture and IT governance standards.The position manages ERP solution evolution, coordinates rollout activities, validates business requirements, oversees solution design, and governs application changes through Service Management and IT development processes.Key AccountabilitiesOwn the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) application roadmap for new capabilities and business evolution. Lead ERP rollout projects across business domains. Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EBS solutions. Review and validate functional and technical solution designs. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and IT governance. Coordinate solution engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders. Perform impact assessments for requested ERP changes. Validate feasibility of new business requirements. Ensure standardization and optimization of Oracle EBS configurations. Open and manage Change Requests (CRs) through Service Management according to ITIL processes. Initiate Jira requests for ITMS development activities. Coordinate testing strategy (SIT/UAT) before production deployment. Review deployment readiness before production rollout. Ensure documentation of ERP solutions and design decisions. Monitor rollout progress, risks and dependencies. Manage ERP vendors and implementation partners for rollout activities. Provide technical and functional guidance during implementation projects. Ensure alignment between Oracle EBS and surrounding enterprise applications.Contribute to the resolution of internal and external audit findings related to ERP platforms.Collaborate with Internal Audit, Risk Management, Information Security and operational teams to address audit recommendations.Internal / External Interaction :Internal : Business Owners, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement, ITMS ADM Team, Infrastructure, Security, PMO, Enterprise Architectur,e ERP Operations Support TeamExternal : Oracle, Oracle Implementation Partners, Technology Vendors, System Integrators, Consultants.Profile : Education :Bachelor's, Master's Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline. Experience Needed :Experience leading Oracle E-Business Suite implementation or rollout initiatives. Experience in ERP solution design, engineering, governance and enterprise application lifecycle managementExperience managing cross-functional ERP projects, working with business stakeholders to translate requirements into enterprise solutionsExperience with ITIL Change Management processes. Experience coordinating software development through Jira or equivalent ALM tools. Experience managing external ERP vendors and implementation partners.
