Estimation Manager- Joinery

🔹 Job Description

• Analyze the quantities based on the specifications, drawings, and materials required as well as manpower resources.
• Identify labor, material, and time requirements from proposals and related documents.
• Prepare bill of quantities, maximizing legitimate project quantities by adhering to contractual measurement methods and the required standards/quality established with the client.
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other resources to establish a project budget.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for timber, boards, veneers, laminates, hardware, and finishes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sending enquiries for outsourced items and following up on quotations.
• Evaluate supplier prices and select cost-effective options that meet quality standards.
• Perform comparison and negotiation with suppliers and contractors.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish long-term relationships with vendors to secure quality materials and services.
• Attend meetings as required to perceive client requirements and provide necessary advice for project optimization.
• Establish trust and confidence to build lasting relationships with client counterparts.🔹 Key Requirements:
• Joinery projects experience mandatory- kitchen cabinets, doors, wall cladding etc.
• Minimum 10-12 year’s experience in UAE
• Driving licence mandatory
