Executive – Central R&D

Position: Executive – Central R&DDepartment: Research & Development (R&D)Experience: 3–6 YearsJob ResponsibilitiesPerform data analysis, data entry, and data management activities related to Central R&D operations.Develop, organize, update, and maintain the digital library of fabrics, product information, and R&D documentation.Prepare and manage digital content, including documentaries, PowerPoint presentations (PPT), and promotional reels.Coordinate fabric hanger submission activities and ensure timely delivery to relevant departments.Prepare, organize, and maintain fabric hangers with accurate product details and proper documentation.Maintain the fabric showroom, ensuring proper fabric arrangement, labeling, and presentation.Manage ERP-related activities, including stock monitoring, inventory updates, and data accuracy.Execute and monitor all digitalization activities of the Central R&D department to improve operational efficiency.Identify and resolve system errors and technical issues related to R&D digital operations.Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth data management, documentation, and digital workflow.Educational RequirementsGraduation from a reputed university in Textile Engineering, Apparel, Fashion Design, or a related discipline.Experience Requirements3–6 years of relevant professional experience in textile, apparel, fashion, R&D operations, or digital data management.Required Skills & CompetenciesData Analysis & Data EntryAdvanced IT & Computer KnowledgeERP System ManagementInventory & Stock ManagementDigital Library ManagementSystem Error Identification & TroubleshootingMicrosoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Digital Documentation & Content ManagementFabric Hanger ManagementFabric Showroom ManagementData Accuracy & ReportingDigitalization & Process ImprovementCommunication & Team CoordinationProblem-Solving SkillsAttention to Detail
