As Executive Director - Office Development, you will help shape development plans that support broader business priorities, working across internal leadership, external advisors, and public-sector stakeholders to drive progress, alignment, and delivery excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic planning and execution of office development initiatives end to endOversee budgets, timelines, and delivery quality across multiple development projectsCoordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government stakeholders on approvalsDrive risk management, compliance, and governance throughout the development lifecycleMentor senior project leaders and align development plans with business objectivesRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in real estate, engineering, business, or a related field15+ years relevent experince leading large-scale real estate or office development projects, including experience with mixed-use commercial office assetsStrong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluationDeep knowledge of development approvals, governance, regulatory compliance, and the stage gate processProven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and senior external stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience with corporate HQ or campus developmentsExperience with landlord/developer-side delivery or occupier-side workplace developmentExperience within Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC real estate development environment
