This strategic role will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our diverse entertainment projects, ensuring the company's fiscal health and driving strategic financial initiatives.The Executive Director will play a vital role in shaping the financial landscape of Qiddiya, providing leadership and strategic direction to the finance team, and ensuring that all financial practices align with the company's growth objectives and Vision 2030 goals.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the finance function for Qiddiya's entertainment developments, ensuring timely and accurate financial reportingDevelop and implement financial strategies that support overall business objectives while maximizing revenue and controlling costsOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all entertainment projects, ensuring alignment with performance targetsPrepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations for informed decision-makingMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability across departments regarding financial performanceEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standards, implementing robust internal controls across all financial processesFoster relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodiesLead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting professional development and knowledge sharingSupport investment analysis and capital budgeting processes for new entertainment initiatives and projectsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred)At least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong focus on the entertainment or hospitality sectorsProven track record of financial leadership in complex, multi-project environmentsStrong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting techniquesExcellent knowledge of local and international financial regulations and best practicesDemonstrated experience in leading finance teams and managing financial operationsSuperior analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-makingExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in stakeholder managementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in the Middle East region is advantageousBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
