That means new strategies beyond Golden Visa, new investors and new partners, in both directions between Asia and Europe.This is not a role for managing what already exists. It is a mandate to create what doesn’t exist yet, and to own a share of it.What you will buildStrategies that bring Asian capital into Europe: Portuguese real-estate vehicles (including SICAFI) and cross-border industrial investmentStrategies that bring European capital into Asia: growth-stage, pre-IPO and co-investment opportunities sourced through our networkInvestor relationships on both continents, and the capital that comes with themThe investment engine: origination, structuring, execution and investment committee leadershipThe firm itself: the team, the processes and the reputation of a regulated managerWho you areYou have 10+ years in private equity, real estate, venture capital or asset management, and you have worked inside a regulated fund manager. You know how one really runs.You have originated and closed deals, and ideally you have raised capital.You think like an owner. You know regulation well enough to design with it, not just comply with it.You have wanted to build something of your own, and you are ready to commit to it full-time and exclusively.You are eligible for CMVM fit-and-proper approval, based in or ready to move to Lisbon, and fluent in English. Portuguese is preferred.
