Executive Driver & Personal Aide to the CEO

Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: AED 8,000–12,000 per month, depending on experienceAbout the RoleWe are looking for a trustworthy, confident, physically fit and highly resourceful individual to work directly with the Founder & CEO as his personal driver and right-hand assistant.This is not a traditional driver or office assistant position.

The role combines personal driving, executive support, handling personal and business matters, and accompanying the CEO during daily activities, including fitness routines and social engagements.We need someone who is street-smart, proactive, socially intelligent and capable of getting things done independently.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and accompany the CEO to business meetings, appointments, events and personal activities.Handle personal errands, business assignments and day-to-day arrangements.Coordinate with business contacts, VIP guests, suppliers and service providers.Visit offices, companies and government departments to follow up on matters.Handle practical tasks, negotiate when authorized and resolve problems independently.Accompany the CEO to the gym, train alongside him and support his fitness routine.Assist with travel arrangements, hospitality and social engagements.Maintain the vehicle and ensure safe, reliable transportation.Handle confidential personal and business matters with discretion.Candidate RequirementsValid UAE driving licence and excellent knowledge of Dubai.Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.Physically fit, athletic and committed to an active lifestyle.Confident, mature personality with a strong professional presence.Street-smart, practical, resourceful and solution-oriented.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Trustworthy, discreet, dependable and well-presented.Capable of taking initiative and completing tasks without constant supervision.Flexible to accompany the CEO to occasional evening events and business travel.Previous experience supporting a CEO, VIP or business owner is preferred.Fitness certification is not required. An active lifestyle, gym experience and enthusiasm for fitness are sufficient.Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for more than a driver or assistant.
