About UsSpeed Trading Co., Ltd. is a growing logistics and warehousing company in Thailand, providing warehouse operations, Free Zone logistics, and international logistics solutions.We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Operations Coordinator to support our management team and daily business operations.Work Locations: Bangkok & Chonburi, Thailand

Employment Type: Full-time, On-siteSalary: Negotiable based on experience and qualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the General Manager in daily operations and business coordination.Coordinate communication between management, local teams, and international clients.Monitor warehouse operations and follow up on daily tasks.Prepare operational reports, business documents, and meeting summaries.Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and business partners.RequirementsGood command of Thai and English, including written English.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Experience in logistics, warehousing, customer service, or administration is preferred.Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.Bachelor's degree preferred.
