You’ll run the day-to-day business of its commercial spaces: gift shop, e-commerce store and on-site F&B.What you’ll doShape the product range with buying and marketing, including exclusive and locally made items tied to exhibitionsKeep visual merchandising and stock levels to a high standardTrack sales KPIs, manage budgets and grow earned revenueRecruit, train, schedule and lead the retail teamWork with curatorial, marketing and visitor experience teams so retail aligns with exhibitions and campaignsSupport pop-ups, events and seasonal activationsWhat you’ll bring5–8 years in retail operations, with at least 2–3 years at manager levelStrong commercial skills: sales analysis, budgets and KPI reportingHands-on experience in merchandising, stock control and team leadershipFluent Arabic and English (written and spoken)UAE retail experienceNice to haveF&B operations experience (strong advantage)Cultural, tourism, attraction or destination retail backgroundE-commerce, concession management or pop-up experiencePMO experienceDetailsFull-time, on-site in Abu DhabiFreelance / contractAbu Dhabi-based candidates preferredContract terms – This is a month-by-month rolling freelance contract that may extend up to 6 months.
