F&B Manager / Service Manager / Service Supervisor

Role Description This part-time hybrid role, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involves overseeing food and beverage operations for Eau Minérale Mansourah منصورة while completing some responsibilities from home. The F&B Manager / Service Manager / Service Supervisor will manage daily service activities, ensure product quality and hygiene standards, and coordinate staff schedules to maintain smooth operations during all shifts. The role includes monitoring inventory and supplies, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with other departments to deliver consistent customer experiences. The individual will handle guest inquiries and feedback, support staff training and performance monitoring, and assist with basic budgeting and cost-control tasks aligned with business goals.Qualifications Strong food service and food & beverage operations skills, with practical experience in managing service standards.Excellent customer service abilities, including handling guest concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming environment.Experience in staff training and supervision, with the ability to coach team members and support continuous skill development.Basic budgeting and cost-control skills, including monitoring expenses and contributing to efficient resource use.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup and manage priorities independently.Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or related service environments; supervisory experience is preferred.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and local UAE hospitality standards is beneficial.
