• Prepare and serve shisha according to guest preferences, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and restaurant service standards.
• Deliver prompt, professional guest service, recommend suitable shisha flavours, and maintain service quality throughout the dining experience.
• Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and storage of shisha equipment while strictly following hygiene, fire safety, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Monitor shisha supplies and inventory, report shortages, and coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Preferably Male, Arabic nationals aged 40 or below with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a F&B service crew in a restaurant, café, or hospitality establishment.
• Arabic native speaker with good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in Lebanese, Arabic, or Middle Eastern restaurant is preferred.
• Good knowledge of drinks preparation techniques, tobacco flavours, charcoal management, and equipment maintenance.
