Temporary Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a successful and prestigious, European finance firm in Abu Dhabi. This is initially a temporary contract for a week in December, but there will be a strong possibility of this role being offered permanently in 2027. Our client is innovative and the environment is highly professional and dynamic with an obvious air of success. This role is a perfect blend of visitor interaction, administration assistance and screening telephone calls into the office. You will be the point of contact for the office and be the liaison for suppliers and with the ADGM for all facilities and maintenance requests. We are looking for a confident, highly polished and well-presented individual who is based in Abu Dhabi. You will be comfortable working within an international, blue-chip corporate environment, liaising with UHNWI’s and C-Suite executives. This role is key for this office, and candidates will be professionally presented with fluent English language skills.
