Medical Sales Representative, Ordesa

New Country Healthcare (NCH) is looking for an experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our Ordesa team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on infant formula, baby milk and paediatric nutrition.We're looking for someone who understands the paediatric nutrition market, has established relationships with healthcare professionals, and knows how to turn scientific product knowledge into strong customer engagement and commercial results.This is a field-based role requiring hands-on experience in infant formula or paediatric nutrition, along with a solid understanding of Abu Dhabi's healthcare market.What You'll Be DoingPromote Ordesa's infant formula and paediatric nutrition portfolio to paediatricians, neonatologists, pharmacists and other relevant healthcare professionals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across government and private hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.Plan and execute territory activities to achieve assigned sales targets, customer coverage and call frequency objectives.Deliver accurate, evidence-based scientific product presentations and support approved healthcare professional education activities.Identify opportunities to strengthen product presence, expand account coverage and support business growth.Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback to identify commercial opportunities.Collaborate with Sales, Brand and Marketing teams on product awareness initiatives and customer engagement activities.Maintain accurate CRM records, customer visit reports and sales performance updates.Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable UAE regulations, particularly those governing infant formula and paediatric nutrition.What Makes You a Strong FitYou have direct experience promoting infant formula, baby milk or paediatric nutrition products.You understand the UAE paediatric healthcare market and have built relationships with paediatricians and other relevant healthcare professionals.You are familiar with government and private hospital environments, clinics and pharmacy channels.You can confidently communicate scientific product information and engage healthcare professionals.You are commercially driven, organised and comfortable managing an assigned territory independently.You understand the importance of ethical promotion and regulatory compliance in infant and child nutrition.Must HaveBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Dietetics, Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.2 to 5 years of medical sales experience in the UAE.Proven experience in infant formula, baby milk or paediatric nutrition.Established relationships with paediatricians, hospitals, clinics or pharmacies in the UAE.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage territory coverage effectively.Valid UAE driving licence.Strong communication, scientific detailing and relationship-building skills.Nice to HaveExisting relationships with paediatricians and healthcare decision-makers in Abu Dhabi.Experience covering both government and private hospitals in Abu Dhabi.Previous experience with established infant formula or specialised paediatric nutrition brands.About NCHNew Country Healthcare (NCH) is a UAE-based healthcare distributor with over 35 years of experience, representing international brands across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, consumer health, nutrition and wellness.We are committed to improving community health through trusted products, strong partnerships and a culture built on integrity, collaboration and continuous development.Interested?If you have proven experience in infant formula or paediatric nutrition and understand Abu Dhabi's healthcare market, we'd like to hear from you.Apply through LinkedIn and tell us about your relevant product experience and the healthcare accounts you've covered.
