Team members are encouraged to collaborate, maintain high professional standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in clinical outcomes.Role Description The Specialist Dermatologist will provide comprehensive dermatological care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with skin, hair, and nail disorders in an on-site clinical setting in Abu Dhabi. This full-time role includes conducting thorough consultations, performing dermatological procedures, and developing individualized treatment plans, with a particular focus on medical and cosmetic dermatology. Daily responsibilities include managing acne and other chronic skin conditions, prescribing medications and therapies, documenting clinical findings in patient records, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals when needed. The Specialist Dermatologist will also educate patients on preventive skin care, support clinic quality standards, adhere to relevant regulations, and participate in case discussions and professional development activities.Qualifications Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Dermatology, including the ability to diagnose and manage a broad range of skin, hair, and nail conditions.Advanced skills in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, with experience in aesthetic procedures and evidence-based cosmetic treatments.Demonstrated proficiency in assessing and treating Acne and related disorders, including complex and chronic cases.Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Dermatology; completion of residency and board certification or eligibility as per UAE regulations.Current or eligible professional licensure with UAE health authorities (e.g., DOH/HAAD) and familiarity with local clinical guidelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to continuous learning, adherence to ethical standards, and participation in clinical audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives.Proficiency in medical documentation and use of electronic health records; fluency in English, with Arabic language skills considered an advantage.
