Effectively delegate any maintenance issuesto be resolved on each shift and smallprojects to the right skills in the team,planning and managing effective works.2. Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensuresmooth operation of site.3. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance(PPM) schedule, ensure full preventativemaintenance is carried out, plan in missedmaintenance activities, and lead the team todeliver effectively.4. Schedule both internal and external work(s)maximizing planned down time and reducingunplanned downtime.5. Manage the team to ensure machineavailability, reactively managingdysfunctional machinery with the Shiftmanagement6. Optimize equipment according to standardprocedure, enhancing performance andproduct quality, ensuring the achievement ofall Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)7. Ensure routine calibration and maintenancerequirements of a variety of electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumaticsystems are undertaken.8. Ensure that designated buildings, plant andfacilities are fit for purpose and to provideproactive support/solutions when required.9. Develop clear accountability for maintenancematerial spend combined with a strategy tomanage expenditure.10. Manage systems and equipment data storageand maintain high levels of standards andaccuracy.11. Manage the process of the introduction ofnew machinery, plant and equipment fromdrawing up the specification, to managingsuppliers through to full installation incollaboration with all relevant parties.12. Manage the process of disposal of obsoletemachinery, plant and equipment fromgaining agreement to write off to physicallyremoving it and its safe and lawful disposal.13. Attend various meetings andaction/communicate instructions.14. Produce written reports and makepresentations.15. Undertake continuous training anddevelopment.16. Perform root cause analysis and resolveproblems.17. Identify business improvement opportunitieswithin the organization.18. Provide technical expertise to the team.19. Identify and deploy the technical skill sets,resource levels and systems to deliverprojects, including the engagement ofexternal resources as required.20. Stay current and up to date on any changesthat may affect the supply and demand ofneeded products and materials and adviseothers of any impact.21. Develop, implement and manage keyperformance indicators (KPIs) for each areaof responsibility.22. • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.BS Mechanical Engineering.BS Electrical Engineering.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in facility management, maintenance operations, or engineering services.
