Factory Manager (Base in SEA) *Open for Expat

Job Purpose:Oversee all aspects ofmanufacturing operations from upstream to downstream processes.Ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the factory, manage the overall areas of factory process, and lead a team of production workersResponsibilityEnsure the budgeted net profits & revenue given by top-management are metControl factory expenses (investment, factory supply, Over Head cost) within the budgetOversee the areas of production process, screen production schedule to ensure Customer on-time shipmentAchieve customer Right First Time (RFT) target and ClaimAchieve Efficiency of production follow the budgetMaintain factory cost per minute follow the targetMaintain factory Manpower budget and Direct : Indirect ratioSupport factory to achieve Compliance Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Support to achieve customer audits (such as quality audit, technical audit, Recycled Claim Standards, security audit,….)Working with Customer and build Customer relationshipManage and motivate the team and provide guidance, training, and development.QualificationBachelor degreeAt least 10 years of experienceCertification in Lean Management/6 Sigma is an advantage (Optional)Good knowledge of garment manufacturing process.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Fluent in EnglishGood in computing skill (MS office)
